Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using IronWash CRM (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
IronWash CRM is a mobile application designed to help pressure washing operators manage contacts, schedule jobs, generate quotes, send payment links, and track earnings. The App is available on iOS. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to IronWash CRM requires a paid subscription at the rate of $19 per month. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or use the App for any purpose other than managing your own business.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including client contacts, job details, and notes. By using the App, you grant IronWash CRM a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you store about your clients complies with applicable privacy laws.
6. Payment Links
IronWash CRM allows you to send payment links (such as Zelle, CashApp, or custom URLs) to your clients via text or email. IronWash CRM does not process, hold, or facilitate any payments. All payment transactions occur directly between you and your client through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any disputes, chargebacks, or issues arising from those transactions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, transmit spam or unsolicited messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure, or use the App for any purpose other than managing your pressure washing business.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the App will end and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronWash CRM and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
